Our center provides the following services to support businesses considering hiring foreign workers.

First seminar on hiring foreigners

We are holding online seminars to deepen your basic knowledge about employing foreigners.
(In principle, the fourth Tuesday of every month is held from 14:00 to 15:00 via ZOOM)

■How can I employ foreigners?
■What are the key points for recruitment?
■What is residence status?
■How is it different from employment for Japanese people?
This seminar is aimed at businesses that are hiring foreigners for the first time.

Internship and work experience programs for international students

This system allows international students enrolled in a Japanese university or graduate school to gain work experience at a company or other location free of charge. Through work experience in Japan, the system aims to convey the greatness of Japanese companies and promote employment in Japan.

I want to hire foreigners

We provide advice on how to create job postings that are easy for foreigners (including international students) to apply for, the type of work closely related to visa status, language level, and other aspects of the type of person you are looking to hire. We also provide advice on points to keep in mind when submitting job postings and writing job postings.
*This center does not handle job applications.
Taking into consideration the registration status of foreign job seekers at our center, we will hold mini interview sessions to enable efficient recruitment selection (free of charge).
*From the perspective of matching, we may limit the employment type, job type, etc.
