Ukraine refugee employment support desk

Interpreters are available (Ukrainian, English, etc.). If you have friends or family who can speak Japanese, please bring them along if possible.

Hours during which interpreters are available (from April 2026)
Ukrainian language classes: Mondays and Tuesdays, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
English: Monday to Friday, 13:00-18:00

  • Reservations are given priority
  • Please contact us in advance regarding interpreters, as we may be away on business trips.

For businesses that are willing to accept Ukrainian refugees

  • As the evacuation is taking longer than originally planned, some people are considering finding full-time work in Japan.
  • We look forward to hearing from businesses that are considering accepting staff (both full-time and part-time).
