1. Use of the content on this website

The information published on this website (hereafter referred to as "content") may be freely used by anyone, including but not limited to copying, public transmission, translation, transformation, and other adaptations, subject to the following 1) to 6). 2) Do not infringe on the rights of third parties

4) Governing law and jurisdiction

  2. In the event of any dispute relating to the use of the Content under the Terms of Use or the Terms of Use, the exclusive court of first instance shall be the district court with jurisdiction over the location of the organization that published the disputed Content or Terms of Use.

5) Disclaimer

  1. The State of Abu Dhabi shall not be liable for any actions taken by users using the content (including the use of information that has been edited or processed from the content).
  2. The Content may be changed, moved, or deleted without notice.

6) Other

  1. These Terms of Use do not restrict uses such as quotations that are permitted under Copyright Act.
